1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RavenWolf Labs’ websites, dashboards, APIs, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
RavenWolf Labs provides automated blockchain contract analysis, risk detection, and security-related tooling. The Services analyze publicly available data and return heuristic, probabilistic, and algorithmic assessments.
3. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice
All outputs, including scores, flags, warnings, classifications, and reports, are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or compliance advice.
You acknowledge that blockchain assets are inherently risky, that no analysis can guarantee safety, and that you remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.
5. Accounts, API Keys, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. All activity performed using your credentials is your responsibility.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass safeguards, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineer or scrape proprietary systems
- Use the Services to facilitate scams, fraud, or market manipulation
6A. API Usage, Rate Limits, and Abuse Prevention
Access to the RavenWolf Labs APIs is subject to rate limits, quotas, and usage policies determined by your subscription tier or service plan.
We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access without notice if we detect abusive patterns, excessive load, or activity that threatens platform stability, security, or fairness to other users.
7. Compliance and Law Enforcement Cooperation
RavenWolf Labs may cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or court orders where legally required. This may include providing records, logs, or usage data consistent with applicable law.
7B. Export Controls and Sanctions Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to United States embargoes or sanctions, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted or denied party list.
You agree not to use the Services in violation of applicable export control, economic sanctions, or trade laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Department of Treasury, or Department of State.
RavenWolf Labs reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services where required to comply with applicable laws or sanctions regimes.
8. Service Availability and Changes
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.
9. Fees and Billing
Certain features may require payment. Pricing, quotas, and limits are disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, models, APIs, algorithms, documentation, and branding are the exclusive property of RavenWolf Labs. No ownership rights are transferred.
11. Public Samples and Anonymized Sharing
To improve transparency, research quality, and community understanding of risk patterns, RavenWolf Labs may publish or share selected analysis outputs as public samples.
Public samples will be presented in a manner intended to avoid including personal data. We may include contract addresses, hashes, and other blockchain-public identifiers as they are publicly available by nature. We will not intentionally publish customer account credentials or private customer-only identifiers.
If you are an enterprise customer with contractual restrictions, those terms control.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RavenWolf Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RavenWolf Labs from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
