Fair Use & Abuse Policy

This Fair Use & Abuse Policy supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all use of the RavenWolf Labs APIs, dashboard, and related services.

Intended Use

The Services are intended for defensive, analytical, and informational purposes, including security research, due diligence, and risk awareness.

Prohibited or Abusive Activities

You may not use the Services to:

• Circumvent platform safeguards, rate limits, or quotas
• Scrape, mirror, or replicate the Services or outputs at scale
• Enable scams, fraud, phishing, or market manipulation
• Attempt to deanonymize users or infer private identities
• Stress, overload, or degrade system performance

Rate Limits and Quotas

Usage limits are enforced to ensure platform stability and fair access. Attempting to evade or bypass limits—whether technically or organizationally—constitutes abuse.

Enforcement

RavenWolf Labs may throttle, suspend, or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe activity violates this policy or threatens platform integrity.

Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent account or API key revocation.

No Guaranteed Warnings

We may, but are not required to, provide warnings prior to enforcement action.
